Filter Paper Pasting(Pastin Paper)
Pasting papers are specialty products that are non-reactive to chemical compounds in batteries. The pasting paper acts as a battery separator that adds structural and mechanical strength to a lead battery plate assembly.
H&V pasting paper material is made from glass microfibers that ensure consistent compression in absorbent glass mat (AGM) battery assemblies. Pasting paper also prevents active battery materials from being released and can support wet lead paste throughout battery production. AGM pasting paper and separator wets out with electrolyte naturally and won’t degrade in the presence of battery acid.

Novaplate 125
In just a few years of life, NOVAPLATE® 125 quality has become the reference product for continuous applications of the world’s leading producers of lead-acid batteries. It is uniquely designed to meet customers’ high purity requirements. This highly porous material has excellent wet tensile strength and very good processing characteristics.
- Substance: 12,5 g/m2
- Composition: 100% pure cellulose fibers.
- Chloride content: <100 ppm
- Iron content: < 50 ppm
- Ranges:Standard / High porosity / Low porosity


Novaplate 280FS
The NOVAPLATE 280 FS grade was designed to meet the demands of our most demanding customers as well as to expand our product range. This grade is composed of virgin cellulose fibres and incorporates synthetic fibres in its structure that remain embedded in the active material of the plate throughout the lifetime of a battery, thus reinforcing the plate and significantly reducing the shedding of active material from the plate.

- Composition: cellulose fibres and synthetic fibres.
