Oil/Grease Analyzers
 
The InfraCal TOG/TPH Analyzers provide an easy and accurate field-proven infrared analysis method for on-site analysis of oil in water, TPH in soil, and fats, oil and grease (FOG) in wastewater. With well over 2,500 InfraCal TOG/TPH Analyzers in worldwide operation, they have become the industry standard for oil in grease monitoring. Depending on sensitivity requirements and the extracting solvent being used, several InfraCal models are available - cuvette holder (CVH), horizontal platform (HATR-T2) and card reader (CH).
 
Biofuel Analyzers
 
Wilks Enterprise offers rugged, portable, easy-to-use analyzers for the Biofuels Industry - the InfraCal Biodiesel Blend Analyzer, the InfraCal Ethanol Blend Analyzer and the InfraSpec VFA-IR Spectrometer for both ethanol in petrol/gasoline and biodiesel in diesel blend measurements. They can be operated by personnel having little or no technical knowledge and provide measurement data in less than one minute. Soot Analyzer
 
The InfraCal Soot Meter, Model HATR-CP measures the amount of suspended carbon (soot) in diesel engine lubricating oils. It is factory calibrated to measure levels as high as 12% to 15% in less than 30 seconds without sample preparation or dilution. This easy-to-use fixed filter analyzer utilizes infrared absorption spectroscopy which is a well-established laboratory method for evaluating and screening used lubricants. Measurement results are displayed directly as % soot, relative to a standard TGA (thermogravimetric analysis) reference method. It is ideal for oil and engine testing laboratories, as well as by truck, bus or off-highway fleets, onboard ships, and power generation stations.
 
 
 
InfraSpec VFA-IR Spectrometers
 
The InfraSpec VFA-IR Spectrometer a rugged and portable filter based mid-infrared spectrometer. Spectral, quantitative or material verification analysis for a wide variety of materials can be performed on-site, in the production area or in the field. It is ideal for repetitive process analysis applications by non-technical personnel.
 
The patented design utilizes a linear variable filter (LVF) attached to a detector array. It has no moving parts or optical path exposed to air making is rugged, compact, portable and economical. The simple interface and spectral capabilities make it ideal for repetitive lab or on-site use on a variety of samples including biofuels, films and chemicals.
 
 
 
InfraRan Specific Vapor Analyzer
 
The InfraRan Specific Vapor Analyzer is a single-beam, factory-calibrated, infrared photometer designed specifically for easy, on-site ambient air measurements of a specific gas or gases. The gas or gases to be measured and their respective concentration ranges must be specified at the time of purchase. This easy-to-use portable analyzer is ideal for measuring single or multiple anesthetic gases, SF6 for ASHRAE 110 evaluations or leak detection, single or multiple refrigerant gases, various solvent vapors, as well as numerous other infrared absorbing gases. The analyzer's user-friendly software prompts the operator through the analysis and real-time concentration levels are displayed in either parts per million (ppm) or percent (%) depending on the calibration range. The InfraRan Analyzer provides a reliable, maintenance-free method for dedicated measurement of a particular gas or gases.
