The manufacturing unit was established in 1985 and its processing plant was also exploited in 1993. This company is pleased by having more that 25 years experience in raw material production and has always been supported ceramic manufacturers such as porcelain table ware, Sanitary ware, Tiles and Ceramics insulators, Cement industries, etc. The nominal capacity of production Lines were about 100.000 Tons processed product and 350,000 Tons raw product in which has been increased. about Kaolin

Kaolin is an aluminosilicate mineral derived from the decomposition of feldspar from igneous rock. The term kaolin derives from the name of the deposit in China where the mineral was first mined – Kao-ling.

In ceramics manufacturing, kaolin is used to modify the properties of a ceramic body with the ball clay (plastic clay), primarily to control the casting rate of the ceramic body.

Kaolin Clays are inert hydrous alumina silicate clays with a low shrink-swell capacity, low cation-exchange capacity, and minimal grit content, making them well-suited to a wide range of industrial uses.

They are especially popular for use in fiberglass, ceramics and rubber (as extender fillers and reinforcing fillers) and paints. Air floated Kaolin Clays are avoiding the use of dispersants that can alter performance in some applications.

Zonouz Kaolin Mine

The mine with 32.500.000 tons proven reserve, 47,500,000 tons probable reserve exploiting more that 550.000 tons annually, is the largest kaolin mine in Middle East since 1954. The mine is located in 20Km North East of Marand city in province of east Azarbayejan with an area of more than 140Km. Exploitation method in this mine is being done in open pit mining method in the comprehensive pan, which is designed the most strongest mine design and planning software.

Anardareh Feldspar Mine

This mine which includes 250,000 tons prevent reserve and 400,000 tons probable reserve is located in 16Km North West of Saveh city and also next to the expressway of Saveh to Hamedan. Exploiting the mine is started since
2007. Next to this mine is anardareh Feldspar Mine No:2 which includes 52.000 tons proven reserve, 93.000 tons probable reserve.

Research & Quality Control Center

This Center includes Chemistry Physics, and Ceramic Laboratories , As well as raw material preparation and pilot plant , utilizing experienced employees, facilities and equipments and operates in following fields:
• Quality control in mineral raw material from exploitation and transporting stages to Depot in Factory.
• Product Quality control during the production process.
• With providing services to other Mineral , Ceramics and porcelain companies in different fields.

Physics Laboratory:

In this center, physical characteristics are measured via High-technology machines and equipment’s .Operation are carried out as bellow:
1. Color and brightness measurement
2. Viscosity measurement (Brookfield, Lehmann)
3. Moisture measurement
4. Particle Size distribution test
5. Wet /Dry sieve analysis
6. Simultaneous thermal analysis
7. Dry and fired bending strength, measurement
8. Water absorption test
9. Drying and firing Shrinkage test
10. Peff .Plasticity test
11. Abrasion Test
12. Determination of Kaolin slurry Density.

Pilot Plant Unit:

This Center is equipped with Blunger , Hydro cyclone , Filter press, and other laboratory equipments which are used in its research fields.
In preparation site, Raw Material are prepared to determine physical and chemical charecteristics via jaw crusher, hammer mill , Jar mill , Fast Mil, etc.
